OAR provides software development services for the defense industry including the US Army.  We are highly skilled in the development of fire control systems, target acquisition and tracking systems, as well as ground stations.  Our list of defense related customers includes AMCOM AMRDEC, PM SHORAD, AMCOM SED, TACOM TARDEC, TACOM ARDEC, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, DCS and Boeing.  We are also active participants in the Weapon Systems Technical Architecture Working Group (WSTAWG) and the Weapon Systems Common Operating Environment (WSCOE).  We have hands-on experience at supporting FCS, the Army’s modernization effort.
